Leander ISD Libraries are able to provide several Makerspace stations. These stations offer students opportunities to build, create, and think. This is a space where "failing forward" is encouraged. Be sure to ask the librarian on duty for more information.
The importance of summer reading
Have you every wondered why teachers & librarians stress the importance of summer reading? Here are some links that explain why.
Overdrive Virtual Library
Students & teachers may download an e-book to their personal device or home computer by logging in with school login. Librarians will be at summer library sites to provide assistance if you need additional support.
U: Last Name (1st 8 digits only)_ID #
P: Students use the same password you use to log-in to the school computers
This is done with no spaces.
*Secondary students change their password at the beginning of the year and it's the same password as their Google accounts and computer logins.*
*You may download the free Overdrive App if you'd like to read on a device.*
